It would be most appropriate to include this matter in the agenda of the General Assembly under “Other Matters.” While we recognize and respect the long-standing service of our BOD Secretary and Treasurer, who have served in good faith for more than a decade, it is now timely and necessary to revisit our manual and by-laws to ensure alignment with CDA regulations and the provisions of RA 9520. At present, many members remain insufficiently informed, as this matter has not been properly presented during the General Assembly, and there appears to be no clear policy governing these appointments. Addressing this transparently before the membership is essential to uphold accountability, fairness, and good governance.
